Phase 2 – Recruiting the Candidate
Identify complete list of “Top” candidates performing this position
Contacting candidate listed in research and evaluating their qualifications
Completing a final candidate list based on extensive call and networking lists

Phase 3 – Candidate Presentation
Scheduling interviews & coordinating travel
Obtaining and providing feedback to both candidate and client
Providing additional candidates to the pipeline

Phase 4 – Reference Checking and Professional Offer Negotiations 
Obtaining references from each final candidates
Pursue nonsolicited reference checks
Personally check reference and provide results to client
Assist with the offer negotiation and close
