Retained Search

Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company’s directed recruiting resource. Fee is computed at a percentage of first year salary. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the a short list of candidates are presented, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.

Engaged Search

Next highest priority search which takes precedence over all contingency searches. Fee is computed at percentage of first year salary. You pay us a flat fee when we initiate the search, and the remaining balance when the candidate begins employment.

Confidential Search

Many employers wish to fill key positions within their companies without posting or advertising them. We work strategically and discreetly to target prospective candidates during a confidential search. Our deep network and understanding of your industry enables us to locate talent while preserving the sensitivity of the search.

Contingency Search

We refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, our fee is a percentage of the first year salary. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.

Temporary Staffing Solutions

We refer candidates for short term assignments that meet your company’s immediate requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, our fee calculated against their hourly rate as long as they are under contract. We handle all of the payroll, back office administrative work, etc.

A successful hire starts by asking our clients the right questions. We prefer to visit our clients for a face to face kick off meeting. This includes developing a full candidate profile for the position. We get to know your company culture and what skills and attributes make your top performing employees successful.

We will not sell you on a candidate. That’s not why you hired us. We have been evaluating talent for 20 years and have facilitated thousands of successful hires. There is no substitute for experience in the hiring business. Our job is to mitigate your hiring risk by searching for candidates with demonstrated accomplishments that match your critical position requirements. We seek to quantify candidate results and utilize behavioral interviewing techniques. We identify and investigate any candidate inconsistency’s or red flags. We consult with clients about both candidate qualifications and potential weaknesses.

Commitment and communication between the search firm and client are the keys to a successful hire. Facilitating open and honest dialogue is part of our process. We do not just accept criticism, we seek it. Honest and direct client feedback is paramount to completing a successful search.
